Why can’t I buy a Gift Card?

There are a few reasons why you might have issues ordering a card from the Gift Card Shop. Here are some suggestions:

  • Check if your balance is sufficient to cover the purchase of the card.
  • Some Gift Cards or voucher values might be temporarily out of stock – check the availability later or browse through other included brands.
  • You may have reached a limit of your PaysafeCard account. Find further information can be found under the ‘Limits & Status’ section or here.
  • In case of technical issues, try switching to another browser, device, network. Clear your browser history and cache and try again after a couple of minutes.

If you ordered a Gift Card from the in-account shop, but it is not present in your transaction history or email inbox, allow a couple of hours for it to appear. Sometimes, due to high demand for specific products, there could be a technical delay in gift card issuing, which is usually resolved automatically.
