To locate the voucher you purchased from the Gift Card Shop, check your registered email including the Junk and Spam folders.

If you can’t find the e-mail confirmation, all purchased gift cards can also be accessed by signing into your PaysafeCard account> Transactions> Your Gift Cards section. (available only via web browser).

If you ordered a Gift Card, but it is not present in your transaction history or email inbox, allow a couple of hours for it to appear. Sometimes, due to high demand for specific products, there could be a technical delay in gift card issuing, which is usually resolved automatically.

Primark gift cards are only redeemable in physical stores. Please print your email confirmation and bring it to the cashier to use your voucher.
