What should I do if I don't have access to my phone?

If you no longer have access to your phone, you have two options:

  • Install the PaysafeCard app on your new mobile device and activate two-factor authentication for that device. Then, change your phone number within your account.
  • If you can’t log in at all, contact us via the channel below and let us know your new number, so we can carry out the change for you.

To activate two-factor authentication on your new device:

  • Upon login, when asked to confirm the sign-in notification sent to your phone, click ‘Push notification not received?’
  • Click the ‘Re-activate two-factor authentication’ option and follow the on-screen instructions.
