If you’ve forgotten your password and don’t have access to your PaysafeCard account, follow the steps below:

  1. From the login screen, click Forgot your password?
  2. Select the option to receive an SMS code to your registered phone number and confirm your phone number.
  3. You’ll receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS. Confirm the code in your account and set your new password.

Don’t receive the confirmation code?

  • Check whether you’ve entered the correct phone number.
  • Ensure that your phone has coverage and can receive SMS.
  • You can also choose switch to resetting your password  via email; we'll send the confirmation code via email instead.

Keep in mind that there's a limit to the number of SMS codes you can request. If you enter the wrong code five times, your login will be blocked. To ensure you can log in, switch to the password reset via email option.

If you've reached the SMS code limit or can’t reset your password on your own, fill in our Account recovery form, and our team will assist you accordingly.

Our Virtual Assistant Lara is also available to assist you 24/7 – to start chatting with her, just click the button on the bottom right corner of your screen.
