What should I do if my card does not arrive on time?

If you still haven’t received your PaysafeCard Mastercard® on time, ensure that the address you have entered in your PaysafeCard account is correct and complete. If your address is correct and full, we recommend allowing a few extra days.

If you experience extended delays, or your delivery address is invalid, you can contact us via the button below to request cancellation of the undelivered card and to get a new one sent instead. Note that card cancellation is irreversible. If you receive the canceled plastic with delay, you will not be able to activate it.
